The Shift Leader plays a key role in the daily operations of the convenience store. This position supports the store management team by supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and overseeing sales transactions and inventory during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of store associates during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Open and/or close the store following company policies and procedures
- Handle cash register operations and reconcile shift-end cash reports
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and restocking shelves
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including security protocols
- Communicate effectively with store management about shift activities and issues
Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
