The Shift Leader plays a key role in the daily operations of the convenience store. This position supports the store management team by supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and overseeing sales transactions and inventory during assigned shifts. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and supervise a team of store associates during assigned shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  • Open and/or close the store following company policies and procedures
  • Handle cash register operations and reconcile shift-end cash reports
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and restocking shelves
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including security protocols
  • Communicate effectively with store management about shift activities and issues
Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
